Ltd. a 100 per cent subsidiary of the company. The board at a meeting on Wednesday decided to acquire shares of Prozone, thereby making it a company subsidiary, Provogue informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. However, no financial details of the deal were mentioned in the communique sent to the stock exchange.
