The expansion plan of Prime Textiles Ltd is that the company will increase its spinning capacity to 100,000 Ring spindles. The Board of Directors of Prime Textiles Ltd. has approved the plans for the proposed expansion. The company will also set up Home Textile Manufacturing unit with fabric processing

| capacity of 110,000 meters/day and weaving capacity 30,000 meters/day in Andhra Pradesh in the first phase. The capital expenditure for that will be Rs3.8 billion. In the second phase, the company will expand its spinning capacity to 150,000 Ring spindles. The Board of Directors of Prime Textiles also approved the proposed merge of subsidiary companies with the company.
