Mr. George Irion will be the new Vice President on VF apparel group. He will be the head of a new procurement organisation structure designed to identify cross-coalition purchasing opportunities and alliances for VF. Mr. Irion is currently the Director of Purchasing and Procurement for VF jeans wear. For past 18 months he has been the leader of the VF Purchasing and Procurement Council which has resulted in a number of

| significant savings opportunities for VF. As Mr. Irion will move to the new role of vice president, procurement, it will be announced on a later date who will replace him. Mr. Irion will also work closely with representatives from Nautica, VF Outdoor, VF Europe, VF Asia, and VF Latin America to identify synergies and opportunities in the VF procurement process.
