A major fire broke out at TM garment factory in Samutprakarn in Thailand late last week, damaging machinery and inventory. 20 fire tenders were used to put out the fire at the garment factory, which manufactures textile goods for a well-known

| brand of clothes. The fire erupted on the 5th floor of the plant and spread up to the 6th and 7th floor. Employees were safely evacuated from the factory and firefighters took about an hour to contain the fire. Police investigation on the cause of fire is on and the total damage has not yet concluded.
